Bigfoot farm
Life on a small vegetable farm in the Berkshires
2024 marks our seventh growing season here in Williamstown MA, where we’ve been slinging veggies at the farmers’ market, dropping produce at the pantry, and stocking area restaurants—all while having way, way too much fun.
Williamstown Farmers’ Market
Find us each Saturday, 9am-1pm in the parking lot at the bottom of Spring Street along with other hella cool farmers and artisans.
The 2024 season runs May 18—November 2
We grow everything
From artichokes and ginger to mixed lettuce greens and tomatoes we grow a wide variety of veggies during the season. Come by the market and check out what cool new variety is rounding into form each week.
How do we grow?
We never, ever use herbicides, pesticides or weird chemicals. We buy local compost from a source we trust and use certified organic fertilizer in moderation. Do we till? Yup, we do, not always, but it is part of how we work the land. This decision is largely driven by financial and time constraints. Hey, we all have other things we love to do in life.
